Looking back is okay. It’s a way to do a check-in. To realize how far you’ve come, what you have conquered, and to just know you are moving in the right direction.
This week, when you do a check-in. Looking back. Turn yourself around, and when you look forward again, stand a little taller. Be a little braver. Step a little faster.
More than anything, as you look forward to this week, do so keeping your energy built around the things you want to happen. Not allowing any traction to the things you don’t want to happen. Block that shit out.
